By contracting Willies Wildlife you are hereby entering into a terms of service agreement. This agreement will accompany any service contract agreement that our technicians present to you. We have listed the TOS here for your convenience.

1. You agree to fully disclose any known dangers on the contracted job site that is otherwise not detectable by normal inspection.
2. You agree to have any aggressive animals on the contract location secure so as to not pose any bodily or life threatening danger to our technicians.
3. You, the client agrees that any injury or death caused by not adhering to condition (2) as described above will result in all expense incurred to be billed directly to the client. In the event of death caused by not adhering to condition (2) may result in legal action.
4. The client agrees to make accessible all locations where traps or deterrent devices have been set. Revoking that access could result in termination of contract.
5. Client agrees that any termination incurred via violation of contract will only be reimbursed for remaining charges and not for work already performed. this includes employee time on contract and fuel charges as well a lost, stolen or damaged traps.
6. Client agrees not to interfere with any wildlife control devices and to instruct any employees of their own, family or visitors to the contract site not to interfere with any wildlife control devices.
7. Client agrees that Willies Wildlife is not responsible for injuries caused by any wildlife control devices resulting from violation of rule (6) in this terms of service agreement.
8. Client agrees to report any lost, stolen, altered moved or otherwise tamped with wildlife control devices that has been brought to their attention.
