Terms of Service
By contracting Willie’s Wildlife, you agree to the following Terms of Service (TOS). These terms apply alongside any service contract presented by our technicians.
Disclosure of Hazards
You must fully disclose any known dangers on the job site that may not be detectable through a standard inspection.
Securing Aggressive Animals
You must secure any aggressive animals on the premises to ensure the safety of our technicians.
Liability for Injury or Death
If failure to comply with Condition #2 results in injury or death, you will be held responsible for all related expenses. In the event of a fatality, legal action may be pursued.
Access to Service Areas
You must allow access to all areas where traps or deterrent devices have been placed. Denying access may result in contract termination.
Contract Termination and Reimbursement
If the contract is terminated due to a violation of these terms, you will only be reimbursed for any unused service charges. Fees for completed work, including technician time, fuel, and lost, stolen, or damaged traps, are non-refundable.
Non-Interference with Wildlife Control Devices
You must not tamper with any wildlife control devices and must ensure that your employees, family members, or visitors do not interfere with them.
Injury Resulting from Tampering
Willie’s Wildlife is not responsible for any injuries caused by wildlife control devices if tampering occurs in violation of Condition #6.
Reporting Issues with Wildlife Control Devices
You must report any lost, stolen, moved, altered, or tampered-with wildlife control devices as soon as you become aware of the issue.
By agreeing to these terms, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for compliance with all conditions listed above.
