Our Service Area

Damage Mitigation

Our approach is to mitigate or eliminate wildlife  damage in an economical humane and environmentally friendly way. Wildlife can be enjoyed without the huge cost of repairs. Often it is a simple matter of education for both the land owner and the animal.

Wildlife Exclusion

Keeping them out of your personal space. We use humane and ethical methods to encourage wildlife to remain outside using exclusion as well as education for the public as to what leads to wildlife problems.

Wildlife Removal

Only certain species are eligible for relocation and relocation is often discouraged as it stresses the wildlife which can lead to poor health conditions or death of wildlife. Our technicians will discuss options with you.

We charge an inspection fee of $25 to $50 depending on distance traveled. This is to cover fuel cost and inspection time. Rates for set up and removal vary by species.
Example: Two to three beaver causing damage may cost $175.00 setup fee and $45 per catch. When figuring cost we must factor in checking the traps every 24 hours for fuel and time costs as well as lost or stolen traps. Costs will vary by species and difficulty.

If the law permits and the landowner requests relocation, we will follow the landowners wishes. The state of Tennessee does not permit relocation and release of certain species.

Yes, we do everything within our power to ensure that wildlife is treated in a humane manner. Our goal is not to punish the animal but to find a solution to reduce conflict between wildlife and people.

We only do minor repairs such as closing a hole in underpin or decking, soffit, chimney caps etc. Major repairs must be done by another contractor. Our technician will determine if we can do any repairs.

Homeowners insurance does at times cover costs for pest problems and repairs related. We advise you to reach out to your insurance provider to determine coverage.

We accept credit cards, debit cards, cash payments and business checks. Personal checks may be accepted but will incur additional fees for bounced checks. In addition returned checks maybe forwarded to collections.

We can catch domestic animals in certain circumstances however this is NOT a free service. The same fees applies as would be for wildlife control.

Yes, you can legally trap them yourself but by Tennessee law you may not release them anywhere but back onto your own property. A certified ADCO is required to legally relocate. Relocation is prohibited for some species. You may be interested in our trap rental program.
